David joined Nathan & Associates in 1985 and has become an expert working with national homebuilders, master-plan developers, and lot developers. Other responsibilities include the developing and selling of many of the master-planned communities throughout the greater Phoenix area. A native of Portland, Oregon, and an Arizona State University graduate, David lives with his wife and three children in Paradise Valley. He is a member of ICSC.
