After graduating from Arizona State University in 1976, Nate began his career at Tom Fannin Realty, where he worked as an associate until founding Nathan & Associates in 1980. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Nate lives in Paradise Valley with his wife and two sons. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International, the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and several other prestigious organizations.
