Running his own brokerage firm in Colorado has served Ray well as he is responsible for closely working with local homebuilders and master-plan developers, as well as monitoring several outlying area projects. Ray graduated from Arizona State University in 1977 and joined the firm in 1992. Originally from Albuquerque, he now lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two children.
